What the... Traffic Light Changer released by Atticapp and they said if their Application can change traffic light from red to green. Many people just laugh and unbelieve about this application. But now this application is real. Many people now say this application is the duplicate of MIRT (Mobile Infrared Remote Transmitter)

Application is sending signal to a preemptive sensor on a traffic light. Thanks to this It changes from red to green. 

In another way it may be called a Mobile Infrared Transmitter (MIRT - used by emergency and police vehicles).
